Steps
Evaluate
To start, we offer a detailed property valuation, providing our clients with an up-to-date pricing analysis. Our goal is to empower clients to make informed decisions on the most effective strategy for navigating the foreclosure process.
Secure
Once your asset has been taken back, our first action is to secure the asset. This may include changing locks, property cleanouts, boarding up windows, or removing any potential liabilities. We also conduct on-site inspections of each property at least once per week.
If the asset is still occupied by a tenant or previous owner, we will handle the eviction process, working with local attorneys specializing in evictions to ensure this process is carried out in the most timely and cost-efficient manner possible.
Increase/Preserve Value
Based on our in-depth knowledge of local markets and your property type, we will perform another valuation once we have full access to the property. This second evaluation aims to make recommendations on improvements that could increase the value of your asset. We will provide estimates on any work that could enhance value and update pricing guidance based on the expected return on investment.
Sale
